We will most likely be on after Crediton Youth Theatre on the Tuesday Evening (14th June). We will provide a high energy display of Shaolin Kung Fu, Weapons, Partner Choreographies and Figthing. 11th December held the first seminar at Black Tiger Kung Fu at the Mint Methodist Church in Exeter. We went through the first ten movements of Staff Form Fuk Fu Kwan Yarn Kwan from the Praying Mantis Kung Fu syllabus. On Monday 29th November 2010 a Chen Style Tai Chi class begins at Lords Meadow Leisure Centre in Crediton, Devon. Classes are also starting at the centre on Wednesday mornings too. In Exeter classes will be held on thursday evenings at the Phoenix Art Centre. These classes will be 'Chen masterclasses' open to beginners. This means that a beginner starts on the right road to the proper technique for beautiful, graceful and flowing Tai Chi, the kind of Tai Chi that will add to health and vigour for long term benefit. Advanced Tai Chi students and those who have studied other styles will benefit from the deep knowledge base of Chen Style Tai Chi, silk reeling energy, posture training and pushing hands.
